SELFIE REVIEW · ADR-0002 · A HUMAN JUDGES EACH ONE
Storage refuses this file to every client, so each selfie is signed for one uid at a time, only while its row is open, and the link dies after five minutes. The queue itself still carries no images, so no face sits in a request document. Your verdict deletes the image either way, pass or fail. There is no third answer: if you are not sure, reject.
Both verdicts delete the selfie. That is the promise the app makes. Verify grants the badge, and it is the only thing in the product that does. Reject means the person may send a new photo. Anything you are unsure about is a reject, never a softer tick.
REPORTS · 4.4B · A HUMAN READS EVERY ONE
Firestore refuses /reports to every client, including this console, so the queue is read server-side on admin credentials. The reported person is never told a report exists and is never told its reason: that is why the reason lives here and not on the block, which they can read.
Mark handled records that a human read this report, and does nothing else. There is no suspend, no ban, no warning and no notice to either person — the product has not ruled on any of those, and a consequence invented here would be worse than the gap.
